These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between luckyjili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the luckyjili website located at luckyjili.club and all associated services, games, and features.

By accessing the luckyjili platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the luckyjili platform from time to time.

luckyjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on luckyjili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your luckyjili account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. luckyjili relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckyjili account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. luckyjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify luckyjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

luckyjili operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time luckyjili deems appropriate.

luckyjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. luckyjili reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. luckyjili does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. luckyjili aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

luckyjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where luckyjili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All transactions on luckyjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckyjili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

luckyjili offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are detailed in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

luckyjili strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. luckyjili reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

luckyjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, except where luckyjili determines that the promotion was offered in error.

All games available on luckyjili — including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, fishing arcade games, and any other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All bets placed and confirmed on luckyjili are final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your wager before confirming it. luckyjili will not be liable for bets placed in error by the player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, luckyjili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. luckyjili's decision in such matters is final. luckyjili is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luckyjili and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use luckyjili for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended advantage.
• Accessing luckyjili from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to luckyjili at any time.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luckyjili staff, support agents, or other players.

All content on the luckyjili platform — including but not limited to the luckyjili name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of luckyjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckyjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from luckyjili without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckyjili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the luckyjili platform.

luckyjili does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond luckyjili's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. luckyjili will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

luckyjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckyjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckyjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; the player has provided false information; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to luckyjili, other players, or third parties.

You may request closure of your luckyjili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through luckyjili's responsible gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are taken seriously. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of luckyjili, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent luckyjili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
